Crying is good if you feel pain, but do not let the pain to dominate your life, if you do, your life will be transformed into never-ending fear and phobias. If something embarrassing happens or happened to you, find a way to mitigate the effects. Discuss this with a friend, family member or professional if necessary and move on.
