Diggers, Losers, gossipers, whiners, traitors, snipers, people walking wounded, managers, Baggers, complainants, lighters, patronizers, suffers – whatever you want to call them, they all have the same thing in common – a strong desire to pull others down. Stay away from these people. You will get nothing out from these people except negativities. Deep down these people are very uncertain, sad and have very low self-esteem.

Do Not Live In The Past

We all carry “baggage” – past experiences that shape us into what we are today, but some people live in the past – they cannot forget their past experiences, something that hurts and it still hurts. Crying is good if you feel pain, but do not let the pain to dominate your life, if you do, your life will be transformed into never-ending fear and phobias. If something embarrassing happens or happened to you, find a way to mitigate the effects. Discuss this with a friend, family member or professional if necessary and move on. Do not let it continue to dominate your life and destroy your future. If you have bad experiences in the past, it does not mean that you are going to have bad experiences in your future.
